January 25th, 2002

We acquired ISO 9001 / 2000ver.

July 21th, 2017

We acquired migration certification to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015.

November 21rd, 2018

We acquired ISO 45001.

Policy

• We set goals and objectives for quality, the environment, occupational health and safety and energy management, create and put into practice plans to achieve these goals, periodically evaluate results and make revisions, and strive to continuously improve the effectiveness of our management systems, improve customer satisfaction, prevent pollution, protect the environment, prevent work injuries and improve energy performance.
• We ensure that information and necessary resources can be used to achieve our goals and objectives.
• We observe laws, ordinances, agreements, standards and industry requirements that apply or are related to our products, processes and activities.
• We strive to provide work conditions that are safe and healthy, eliminate sources of danger, and reduce occupational health and safety risks.
• We strive to procure and design products and services that take quality, the environment, health and safety and energy into consideration.
• We strive to put a business continuity plan into operation and continue operating even if our facilities and equipment are damaged during a natural disaster.
• We periodically review this policy in order to ensure that it is both valid and appropriate for our company.
• We make certain that workers and their representatives discuss and participate when making decisions related to occupational health and safety.
• Each of our employees aims to be aware of their individual obligations, carries an "NBK Policy Card" on which is written the NBK Policy, and understands both the meaning and importance of what is written on their card. We also contact our major business partners and ask that they make efforts to understand our activities. The NBK Policy is also disclosed to the general public as necessary.
