[NEW] Socket Head Cap Screws
– SUH660 and Nylon Patch

NBK has launched new socket head cap screw made of SUH660.
SUH660 is an equivalent material to ASTM A286 and maintains high strength even in high-temperature conditions. Enabling downsizing of screw diameters and reducing the number of screws, contributing to space-saving and weight reduction.

Additionally, socket head cap screws with small head and nylon patch is also launched. The friction of the nylon adhered to the thread suppresses the loosening. Even if the tightening force is reduced, the nylon patch helps prevent the screw from coming loose.

Small-diameter screws allow for smaller countersinks and minimize component interference, resulting in a more compact design.



There are two types available.
■SNS-SD-EL-ALK
Socket Head Cap Screws with Small Head and Nylon Patch

　　

A stainless steel version (SNSS-SD-ALK) is also available.

■SSH-SD-EL-ALK
Socket Head Cap Screws with Ultra Low Small Head and Nylon Patch

 　　

A stainless steel version (SSHS-SD-ALK) is also available.
