❶Pull up the lever.
   The built-in spring will be
   compressed and the engaged
   serrations will be disengaged.		 Lever Lever Lever
❷Next, turn the freed lever
   to the desired position.		 Lever Lever Lever
❸Release the lever to retract it
   with the spring force, re-engage the
   serrations, and lock it.		 Lever Lever Lever
