Characteristics
- Stainless steel hex socket head cap captive screws with guide.
- Prevents fallout and loss of the screw. They are intended to fix protective and inspection covers that are frequently installed and removed.
- Structure with screw tip guide makes it easy to insert perpendicular to the female screw, even in locations where work is tricky.
- Prevents seizing and breakage due to diagonal tightening.

- Stable tightening is possible regardless of the worker’s experience.
- Special surface treatment specifications are also available, further reducing seizing risks. Please contact our customer service.
Precautions for Use
- Be sure to tighten only after fully inserting the guide into the female screw. If not fully inserted, seizing may occur.
- Before use, check that there is no wear, cutting chips, etc., on the female screw part.
- Remaining screw threads may be visible on the guide part, but this does not affect function.
- Screw hole inner diameter on the cover side shall be at least the dc dimension.
- The cover thickness should be 0.8 mm or above.
Installation Example
Make a screw hole in the cover, and then pass the SSC-IG thread part through it. Even when the screw is removed from the frame, SSC-IG does not fall out of the cover because the SSC-IG thread part catches on the cover screw hole.
