Characteristics
- Conforms to JIS B 1176, ISO 12474, and DIN 912.
- Socket head cap screws with fine pitch thread.
- The effective diameter is larger and fatigue strength is better than coarse threads.
- The thread pitch is small and the number of thread peaks is more than coarse threads. For securing for cases where a which coarse thread screws lack sufficient thread peaks.
- Since the lead angle of the thread peak is smaller than that of coarse threads, there is little slippage of the thread peak surface, which prevents screws from loosening.
