Characteristics
- Tamper-resistant special low profile cap screws, all with height heads of 1.5mm or below.
- With nylon patch.
- The friction of the nylon adhered to the thread suppresses the return rotation of the thread.
- Even if the tightening force is lost, the return rotation is suppressed, preventing the screws from falling off.
- The heat resistant temperature of the nylon patch is 120°C.
- This prevents mounting and removing with regular tools. The low head height makes it difficult to remove the screws by grasping the head itself, improving theft prevention.
- Low protrusion after mounting, complementing machinery and equipment appearance as well.
- Install and remove with SRSHB Dedicated Bits and SRD Dedicated Magnetic Screwdriver together.
