Characteristics
- Head has a special round shape with 6 grooves.
With nylon patch. - Made of aluminum alloy. The specific gravity is approximately 33% that of stainless steel.
- There is no electrocorrosion due to contact with aluminum alloy.
- Corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity are excellent.
- The friction of the nylon adhered to the thread suppresses the return rotation of the thread.
- Even if the tightening force is lost, the return rotation is suppressed, preventing the screws from falling off.
- The heat resistant temperature of the nylon patch is 120°C.
- This prevents mounting and removing with regular tools, including pliers.
- Install and remove with SKRS6K Dedicated Bits and SRD Dedicated Magnetic Screwdriver.
