Characteristics
- Stainless steel Phillips cross recessed flat head machine screws with cut bearing surface.
- With nylon patch.
- Suitable for sheet metal fixing, preventing bearing surfaces and incomplete thread parts from hitting the bottom during fixing.
- Incomplete thread part of no more than 2 screw threads or so.
- The friction of the nylon adhered to the thread suppresses the return rotation of the thread.
- Even if the tightening force is lost, the return rotation is suppressed, preventing the screws from falling off.
- The heat resistant temperature of the nylon patch is 120°C.
