Characteristics
- Manipulate the feed screw part with a hex wrench to adjust the table position.
- After position adjustment, just remove the hex wrench to retain the position via self-locking. Because clamp operation is not required, there is no chance of failing to tighten the screw.
- Using 2 units in overlap enables use of the 2 XY axes as well.
- Scale sticker is included. Use as needed.
Precautions for Use
- The position with mounting holes visible is the travel limit position. Be careful, as operating the feed screw beyond the travel limit position may cause damage.
- Do not operate screws other than the feed screw.
- Pre-tap the installation surface to match the stage mounting holes.
- Do not use suspended (upside down) or with external force other than the workpiece applied.
- Do not disassemble or grease the main body.
- Accumulated debris or dust in the movable parts or gaps may lead to operating defects. Clean regularly with a soft cloth or Q-tip. Do not clean with an air blower, which may cause internal contamination with foreign matter.
Mounting
When mounting the stage main body, use the 4 spot facing holes on the base. Adjust the table position with a hex wrench so that the mounting holes are visible, and mount with the included screws.
When fixing a workpiece to the table, do not insert screws beyond 7 mm, the effective depth of the female screw holes.
